Volunteer roles require up to a few hours per month. The workload for contract positions depends on the role. When applying, briefly explain why you are interested, and list any relevant experience and skills.

| Family Programmer | The Family Programmer will research and report on ways the VUL can support players with families to participate in the VUL. A small stipend will be provided. | Craig | Apply |
| WIU Coordinator | The Women-in-Ultimate Coordinator will manage WIU clinics, which includes: update and review the curriculum, as necessary; arrange a schedule with the League Coordinator; find and lead clinic instructors; and coordinate payment from the VUL to instructors. Working Groups
Working Groups help Staff manage programs. Groups may propose changes to current programs, help Staff flesh out a new program, or work on the ground with implementation.

Board Committees
Committees help the Board set objectives and policies. When a topic requires additional input or discussion than is possible at a Board meeting, a committee is formed to generate recommendations for the Board.
